PS... my mom called me yesterday to tell me a ladybug was crawling across her dashboard. She was driving through Wisconsin at the time. She's a semi-truck driver. Maybe luck is in the air...
She looks so cute!!! And the pumpkins are great - you take pumpkin carving as seriously as we do, that's for sure. In our neighborhood last night, every person that came up to our door for the treats, the parents all felt compelled to walk up the driveway with their kids (they usually just stand at the edge of the property) to tell us our pumpkins were the best in the neighborhood. My kids and niece and nephew worked very hard on them so it was great to hear. I'm sure you received just as many compliments, but probably not nearly as many as Ruby received on how adorable she looks!
