SATAN'S SNACK!!!!!!

... IF I END UP GAINING ANY OF MY 80 LBS BACK I'M SO TOTALLYYYY BLAMING YOU LISA!!!!!!!!!!!! This stuff is GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD! I just made some of GUSSY'S GOOP!!!



THIS STUFF IS EVIL SINFUL FRUITS OF THE DEVIL KINDA DELICIOUS SNACK SHIT!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!! I swear to GOD Lisa, I bought the stuff & got it home & then realized that I did NOT AT ALL have a bowl BIGGER THAN MY VW GOLF to PUT IT ALL IN! So, I HAD to CUT THE RECIPE IN HALF! It still is ENORMOUS & taking up an ENTIRE SHELF IN MY FRIDGE!!!!!!!



I have friends coming up from Florida this weekend & I'm happy to have it to serve HOWEVER there are ONLY TWO OF THEM, and NOT THE ENTIRE GATORS FOOTBALL TEAM! GOOD LORD!!!!! 12 CUPS OF THIS, 400 CUPS OF THAT, A COW'S WORTH OF BUTTER, ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME~??????? But, all is well cuz when you cut it in half, IT FITS PERFECT IN A GREAT BIG TURKEY ROASTING PAN & SITS PERFECTLY ON THE WHOLE LENGTH OF MY MIDDLE SHELF IN MY FRIDGE! I also used cocktail peanuts instead of the cashews cuz those are LETHAL to me, I'm deathly allergic to those but LOVE PEANUTS!!!!!!!

I can't wait to DIG INTO THIS TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!! hehehe WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO THANKS LISA & TATE~!!!!!!!! =)

Heat Miser VS. Bang Trim...

He is from the 1974 Childrens Christmas Special: The Year Without A Santa Claus...

As a child I LOVED THIS SPECIAL! As an adult, IT IS STILL MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE CHRISTMAS SPECIAL EVERY YEAR!

Now, that said, I do NOT however want my Daughters hair to resemble that of the HEAT MISER!

Many of you probably know this already but for those of you who don't, as well as being a professional Nanny all these years, I also went to School & became a licenced Hairdresser & still can cut hair, I just don't work professionally in a salon anymore. So, this morning, as my daughter's hair was IN HER EYES EVERY SECOND, I decided that even though ultimately I would like her to have one length hair to her shoulders, for now, at her age, a slight layered bang trim was in order...


To say that my child is fantastic is certainly an UNDERSTATEMENT! This kid SAT STONE STILL FOR ME & DIDN'T MAKE SO MUCH AS A PEEP THE ENTIRE TIME I NEEDED HER TO BE PATIENT & LET MOMMA DO HER THING~! She's the BEST KID EVER and I'm SO BLESSED~! =) She now has bangs & they're cute & they don't get in her eyes and I can STILL PUT HER HAIR UP IN BOWS! ( no worries )

I even printed out that 'first haircut' pic and taped her little sprig of hair to it & put it in her 'Ruby Journal' I've been keeping for her since before I ever got her referral! =) My best friend & her Godmother Jen, got that for us & we SO LOVE THAT JOURNAL TO PIECES!

I hope that someday she'll love having this journal as well as her blog, but for now I have one very cute girl waiting on the floor with her 'LITTLE PEOPLE' and just DYING to play with Momma! So I think I shall put a bow in her hair for those of you WHO ARE IN LOVE WITH THE BOWS & show you once & for all that bangs CAN WORK with BOWS! =) At least on my girl they can, cuz she ROCKS! =)

Silly Uncle Stevie... My Nonno Loves me... and, A girl & her Bear...

Today was lots of fun! First, Momma and me went out with my Uncle Stevie and MAN IS HE SILLY! We did some christmas shopping first & then came back here so I could teach Uncle Stevie how to properly play with blocks in a bowl!








It looks alot easier than it is! He tried hard enough but just when I thought he was getting the hang of it... I LOOK UP:

Then after Uncle Stevie went home, who should walk through the door but my NONNO!!!!!!

Then after all that playing I was in the mood for some snuggling... so who better to snuggle with than Bear.





I love Bear to pieces... he's the first gift my Momma ever gave me and I haven't let go of him since that emotional day back on Nov 20th.
Bear & I are going to be a love affair to remember... One that will stand the test of time for SURE!

Best Friends & NEW BANGS...

This is Thia, she's my best friend from China. She lives with her Mom & Dad in PA. While in China, Thia and I spent lots of time together and had TONS OF FUN! Her Mom just sent us recent pics of her and I wanted to share them here with everyone. I miss her alot!

And these are Thia's new BANGS! I think she looks SO BEAUTIFUL! Her Mom gave her a haircut and she looks SO PRETTY! I wish we lived closer because I just want to go over and PLAY WITH HER RIGHT NOW! =*( For now I'll just have to be satisfied with these pictures but to be honest, when Momma first showed them to me I stared at the screen and reached my hand out to touch them. =*( THIA I MISS YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH! YOU'RE MY BESTEST EVER CHINA FRIEND!



If I could come over tomorrow, I would... but since I can't, I hope that your Mom gives you a big hug and a kiss from me and tells you how much you mean to me and how much I can't wait till the day we can play together again~! I LOVE YOU THIA!!!!!

Yippee!!!! MORE LADYBUG STUFF!!!

Well, really... MOMMA loves Ladybug stuff, I may end up hating it before I become a teenager HOWEVER, right now, I just know that I LOVE WHEN FRIENDS VISIT AND BRING FUN PRIZES IN EVEN MORE FUN BAGS THAT LIGHT UP & HAVE TISSUE INSIDE! Linda & her daughter Lindsey visited this morning & I had a GREAT TIME with them! I opened their wonderful gift of a Ladybug Hat & matching Mittens that Momma said she LOVES because they're ATTACHED with the STRING so I won't ever LOSE THEM! (bonus!)

After they left I had a nice toasty nap in my play pen & now Momma and I are hanging out in her room, she's typing while I play with my blocks & bowl! ( not a more fun game on the planet than the 'in the bowl, out of the bowl, in the bowl, out of the bowl' game!) hee hee

So far a great day & who knows what'll happen tonight! =) LIFE HERE IS FUN~!!!!!

Visits from friends & Teeth Brushing 101

Today I had a visit from friends of Momma's, Hanna and Anders ( she used to Nanny for them years ago) and their Mom Nancy. It was a lovely visit & they even brought me a SURIRPSE! I just LOVE THE PAPER! I wasn't all that insane about the actual gift although Momma loved it very much! I am sure I'll play with it too, but right now, at my age, paper is pretty neat! And don't get me started abut the BOW, THAT ROCKED!! hee hee We had alot of fun & they're very silly & great to play with! Nancy thought I was super sweet & we had a very nice visit! Here are some of the pics...













Then later on, after my lunch I had a nice toasty nap. Then after a snack of a banana, some cut up apple and some orange slices cut up, Momma reminded me that it's good to brush my teeth after eating, so she gave me my special Ladybug Brush from Autie Krista and we practiced brushing again. I don't know if I'm doing it right but I sure do love the taste of that toothpaste, it's BUBBLEGUM! Plus with me teething right now, (my back lower molars are coming in) the brush feels SO GOOD TO CHOMP ON! And Momma loves me so much she doesn't mind that I'm chewing on it & not really doing it the right way. I LOVE YOU MOMMA! =)

15 YEARS!! MAN I'M GETTIN OLD!

While in China uniting with my beautiful daughter Ruby Cate, I ended up missing my 15 year High School Reunion from Bishop Fenwick High School in Peabody Ma! I WAS BUMMED TO MISS IT SINCE I HAVE GONE TO THE 5 AND THE 10! I know I had very important things to do in China but it still would've been nice to make it back here in time to go...
