Today's 'SMILE' brought to you by...

...children's motrin cold

You'd never in a million years guess that my child woke up this morning with a fever of 102
due to currently cutting her 2yr molars, would ya?
;)

Like teething never even happened...

BOOOOOOYA!

If I had a temperature of 102, I'd want to go to bed for a week! I'm amazed at how quickly kids rebound from not feeling well!

And I bet the fever was back by late afternoon, huh? That's the nature of the beast! Hope she is feeling better soon! (oh, and the fever is not caused by the teething - her resistance is down due to the teething, and she has caught some virus - sorry, just an experienced mother of 4 - don't mind me!)

Yvonne... I'm well aware of the 'teething fever' caused due to a low immune system. (Nanny for over 16 years, remember?) LOL But nice to know that others know it too. Also, her 'frog' cough was a bit of a clue as well. I just call it the 'teething fever' because every child I've ever cared for, including obviously, my daughter... has always had a fever while teething. Oh, and those reddish rashes on the cheeks as well... a pretty picture isn't it? LOL

I'm off to bed, had one hell of a strange night & need my rest. (just as soon as I do my shot)

G'night
